International STEAM Azerbaijan Festival (SAF 2026) has reached a new milestone in its preparations, positioning itself as the premier hub for innovative thinking and the digital future. Currently, intensive efforts are focused on integrating cutting-edge technological solutions, artificial intelligence, and engineering ecosystems throughout the festival's framework. This festival shapes a digital environment that maximizes the creative potential of participants, directly empowering them to become high-caliber professionals of the future. On September 28, the selection stage of the International STEAM Azerbaijan Festival’s “Submerged” and “Engineers of Future” competition categories was held across different regions of the country.

A total of 330 teams registered for the “Engineers of Future” category, of which 300 teams participated in the selection stage. For the “Submerged” category, 110 teams registered, with 103 teams taking part in the selection stage.

During the selection stage, participants completed various test tasks to assess their general knowledge, logical reasoning, and informatics skills.

After the jury’s evaluation, the list of teams advancing to the finals will be published on www.saf.steam.edu.az.

Hundreds of young people from around the world will come together at this spectacular festival that unites technology, science, engineering, and creativity.

As every year, the International STEAM Azerbaijan Festival is once again ready to welcome its participants with exciting and colorful competition categories!

Supported by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and organized by the STEAM Azerbaijan project, the International Green STEAM Azerbaijan Festival will take place at the Baku Expo Center on October 24-25, 2024. 

With the support of the Ministry of Science and Education, the International STEAM Azerbaijan Festival 2023 concluded with a ceremony on December 8 at the Baku Expo Center.

On December 9, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Education, the closing ceremony of the International STEAM Azerbaijan Festival 2022 was held at the Baku Expo Center.

SAF 2021 has been successfully completed.
On December 9, 10, 2021, the first STEAM Azerbaijan Festival 2021 was held at the Baku Expo Center with the support of the Ministry of Education within the framework of the "STEAM Azerbaijan" project.
